Jesse Lucas
Jesse Lucas is the founder of Sisters, Arise Co., where she exemplifies the spirit of leadership by guiding her sisters in Christ toward the richness of God's promises. As a devoted prayer warrior deeply rooted in His Word, Jesse inspires others to deepen their relationship with the Lord. Her heart, full of love and compassion, is driven by the vision of seeing women arise and shine, much like the verse she cherishes: "But may those who love you rise like the sun in all its power!” Judges 5:31 NLT
Beyond her ministry work, Jesse is a devoted fireman’s wife, a mother to two energetic boys, and a dental hygienist. She delights in life’s simple pleasures, with her love languages being chocolate, fresh flowers, and handwritten cards. Raised in a Christ-centered home, Jesse's fervent desire to know God was ignited in her early twenties, leading her to a profound passion for connecting women with His presence through many years of leading Bible study and prayer groups. Sisters, Arise Co. represents the fulfillment of a dream God has birthed through her ministry!

Stephanie Spence
Stephanie's name may mean "crown," but her true crown lies in her unwavering faith in God and her dedication to uplifting others.
As a mother, wife, friend, and sister in Christ, she embodies the values of compassion, love, and community. With a heart of a true teacher, Stephanie currently educates 5th and 6th graders at Grand Christian Prep and serves as a 6th grade girls' youth leader at Mountain Movers Church.
Her passion for learning and growth empowers her to help others unleash their full potential in Christ. In 2020, God opened doors for Stephanie to use her talents in women’s ministry. She embarked on a women’s retreat with the Ladies Auxiliary, a small group dedicated to empowering women to see their identity in Christ. This mission remains close to her heart, as she believes every woman should see herself through God’s eyes. Having faced her own struggles with identity, Stephanie is committed to using her experiences to showcase the transformative power of God’s glory in one’s life. She believes that through love and guidance, we can all shine brighter together.

Liza Hardesty
Liza Hardesty is a dedicated wife, mother, and servant leader who brings passion and purpose to her role as Secretary of Sister's Arise. She was drawn to this ministry after seeing the undeniable fire, desire, and calling God placed on Jesse’s heart to uplift women.
She is married to a farmer, and together they are raising two beautiful children, whom she considers her greatest blessings. Family is at the center of her life, and she finds joy in staying active through working out and making memories with those she loves.
Liza’s journey of faith has been deeply personal, shaped by both struggles and triumphs. She found herself drifting away from God, struggling with life’s challenges and turning away from the very source of strength she needed. But through God's grace and endless love, she was drawn back to Him, and her life was transformed. Liza is passionate about creating a space where women can experience the same love and forgiveness that she has, knowing that no one is ever too far from God’s reach. Her heart is to encourage others to turn towards Him, no matter where they’ve been or what they’ve done, and to experience the peace and healing that only His love can provide.
